Be a Confident Leader
Leadership is the core element that is required both in the career and in business, leadership impacts all areas of our lives - our spouses, our kids, our boss, our clients, and lastly our team.
The horses teach us leadership competencies and emotional intelligence. It is the only form of training where we can actually practice leadership in a real-life situation and receive immediate, unfiltered feedback on our progress.
Female Empowerment
Women can learn a lot when it comes to leadership from the alpha mare - trust, responsibility, social skills, to walk with fear, be confident in every situation they face and trust themselves and their decisions but most importantly they learn what it means to become the embodiment of a female leader. They lead not by authority, but by their sheer presence and an inner sense of knowing what is right.
Peak Team Performance
High performing teams are targeted on their goals and achieve superior, higher than average results, and they need a powerful leader to lead the way. This training is generally done with the management team or can be done together with the teams. In these training we focus on effective communication, processes, leadership, accountability, and decision-making processes. The horses show us where the team is performing well and where the team is lacking team spirit, communication or inefficiencies.

You only make a sale when you lead.
You need to confidently lead your client through the entire sales process and ensure you are the leader when you head in for the close. You need to be confident when you pitch your business and state your price. The horses read your leadership throughout this entire process and help you improve every step along the way. How Horse Coaching Works
Horses are magical animals. They have a 6th sense and can read our conscious and subconscious. This is what makes them such powerful teachers: they mirror our thoughts, our blockages, our fears and give us direct, immediate, yet judgement-free feedback, in other words you get to practice the leader or the person you want to be. They feel what you feel and they show it. This is not a whoo-whoo experience, they provide powerful breakthroughs without failure. Every session and experience is different and will reveal something different.
These animals are often described as powerful, magic and majestic almost mystical creatures, they are both admired and respected. These characteristics we can copy and adapt to ourselves from them to have a more powerful presence, confidence and leadership style.

The funny thing is, as a left-brain thinker Michelle does not do animals and much less emotions, so the experiences she had were beyond surprising to her.
Introducing Your Coaches
We work with the breed that is known as the most exclusive, most valuable and oldest breed of the world ... But above all, they are known for their enormous sensitivity, kindness and strong connection to humans: The Arabian Horse.
Since thousands of years, the Bedouins had such a strong connection to these horses that they shared their tents with these wonderful and loyal creatures and carefully selected the ones that were closest to humans. Some of the biggest leaders of the world such as Napoleon or Alexander the Great were known to have Arabian horses as their most loyal partners. These leaders rode on the back of these ethereal horses, sometimes bare back, communicating with nothing but their mind and body language.
