One of the biggest issues that I see women in any industries face is honoring themselves, and ensuring that they are treated with respect.
And really, It doesnt really matter who is crossing out boundaries : clients, managers, employees, business partners, landlords, even our loved ones.
Whilst we are getting better and better at SETTING boundaries because we are more tuned into WHAT it is that we want and HOW we want to be treated, the "real issue" comes when we are called to ENFORCE the boundaries and standards that we set.
That can mean one of two approaches:
either the F*** off approach in the wounded masculine, that gets annoyed, angry.
OR the "good girl" approach of trying to nicely enforce our boundaries, out of fear to destroy a relationship or harmony or the consequences of "acting out".
OR a mixture of both ;).

Horses are magical animals.
They have a 6th sense and can read our conscious and subconscious.
This is what makes them such powerful teachers: they mirror our energy and thoughts, our blockages, our fears and give us direct, immediate, yet judgement-free feedback, they show us where our life is in a flow state and where it is not.
In other words, you get to practice being the leader or the person you want to be in the energy field you want to be in.
They feel what you feel and they show it. This is not a woo-hoo experience, they provide powerful breakthroughs without failure. Every session and experience is different and will reveal something different.
These animals are often described as the epitome of freedom, power, magic and majestic almost mystical creatures, they are both admired and respected. These characteristics we can copy and adapt to ourselves from them to have a more powerful presence, confidence.

THE EMBODIMENT of BOUNDARIES
In this two module series you get to first SET & DEFINE your standards and then practice the EMBODIMENT of the energetic requency that comes with it.
When?
24th September 6pm CEST AND
1st of October 6pm CEST.
What is the agenda?
You get to experience:

24th September - we set the standards and boundaries together in a 90min session.

1st of October - you get to practice the EMBODIMENT of your newly set standards and boundaries together with the horses online.
What will you experience?

Understand the feeling in your BODY of how it feels to set boundaries that feel energetically aligned

FEEL what it feels like that the boundary is felt and respected from the other side.

practice putting yourself in the energy until the horse gives you the feedback that you are actually EMBODYING the enforcing of the boundary.
